Job overview

As the Head of People, you will be responsible for attracting, developing and motivating the team at Fudo. You will report to the CEO and will act as the architect for the company's talent strategy.

You will be championing the company culture and supporting the company's executives and team leaders during a phase of rapid growth, being part of a multicultural team with presence in different countries of the region (AR, BR, CL, CO and MX).

Duties and responsibilities

  • Leading and driving Fudo’s HR strategy in partnership with the Leadership team
  • Develop and lead the company's HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Talent development, Performance Management and Culture
  • Helping to create the Regional organizational design
  • Developing and implementing the benefits & compensation strategy
  • Conducting executive coaching and leadership training
  • Optimizing the use of people analytics to manage talent
  • Handling executive searches

Your Expertise & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree with a focus on HR is a nice to have
  • Advanced knowledge of HR best practices and industry standards
  • 6+ years of experience in HR jobs of increasing responsibility and experience managing most HR functional areas
  • Experience leading HR in a hyper growth environment, preferably at an early stage tech start-up
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively with all levels of an organization
